FAQs

  • Each tattoo design will be done the day of your scheduled appointment. If you have images you’d like to be used for inspiration behind the design we will ask to have them sent through email during the booking process. It is highly encouraged & recommended that Marsh is given full creative freedom with his designs; while it is understood that wont be the case with every tattoo, Marsh firmly believes his best work comes with having creative freedom. Unless we personally reach out, please refrain from asking to see a design before your scheduled appointment date. Appointments start at 10am to provide adequate time!

There is NO exception to this policy.

  • For all NEW clients, a $500 deposit is required to schedule an appointment. Half ($250) of your deposit will be used for the time it takes to design, stencil & set up for your tattoo. The other half of the deposit will come off the total cost at the end of your session. After you have become a client of Marsh, each deposit for all future appointments scheduled will only be $250 per date scheduled.

  • Yes, you may bring someone with you to your appointment. Simply put, we have limited space available in the shop, therefore we ask that you don’t bring more than 1-2 people with you to your appointment.

  • Yes, you may use numbing cream. While it is encouraged NOT to use, the adverse effects it has on the skin vary for each person, which can cause the tattoo process to be impacted in many ways. With that being said, the decision is ultimately yours to make. If you wish to use the cream, most brands require them to be applied 30-60 minutes prior to being tattooed, most of which can be purchased on Amazon. It is STRONGLY recommended that you use one of these brands; Nupharmisto, Stone Musle, Tattoo Numbing Cream Company, Mad Rabbit.

  • It is 100% in your best interest & responsibility to keep yourself very hydrated in the days prior to your appointment. Please make sure you nourish yourself with a healthy meal the night prior & morning of your appointment. The more nourished the body is, the easier the day will be for you; getting tattooed really impacts/drains the body. Please recognize that & take care of yourself in the week leading up to your appointment. It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothes, bring snacks, headphones… anything that you believe will help you get through the session with ease.

  • CASH is preferred on the day of your appointment. Zelle & Venmo for anyone who doesn’t bring cash.
